## About the Role

* Strong project/program management experience in application modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering programs.
 * Understanding of CI/CD, application dependency management, security vulnerability remediation, and release governance.
 * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms
 * Ability to manage distributed onsite/offshore teams

## Description

* Overall delivery-ownership, governance, planning, tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
 * Act as the primary onsite interface between factory team and client application teams
 * Manage application intake, readiness validation, access coordination, and schedule alignment
 * Define upgrade waves by application criticality, technology stack, dependency complexity, and business priority
 * Coordinate with client stakeholders, application owners, security teams, DevOps teams, and release managers
 * Track throughput metrics such as applications assessed, upgrades completed, builds passed, test failures, handovers, and closures
 * Manage risks, blockers, escalations, change windows, and application team dependencies
 * Ensure factory team follows agreed processes, documentation standards, and handover procedures
 * Prepare weekly status reports, steering committee updates, and operational dashboards
 * Support stakeholder communication and escalation resolution
