As an Eclipse Enterprise Support Analyst, you will support, maintain, and improve key administrative functions within the Epicor Eclipse ERP environment and related enterprise applications. This role focuses on user administration, authorization and entitlement strategy, release management, system configuration support, training, documentation, and data maintenance activities that help ensure the ERP system is secure, reliable, accurate, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and branch associates. This role requires a willingness to support users, improve processes, maintain system controls, and help drive enterprise applications forward. A Typical Day in the Life of an Eclipse Enterprise Support Analyst at DSG: * Administer Epicor Eclipse user setup, user changes, terminations, role assignments, and related access requests.
