Should hold A+ or Dell hardware certifications and have experience in at least three areas: collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, WebEx), mobility technologies (Intune, zScaler), identity/SSO, core workplace services (Windows 10/11, AD, DNS, DHCP, SharePoint, SCCM/Adaptiva), virtualization (VMware, Citrix). Strong hardware, OS, and networking knowledge is needed, along with automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash, a solid understanding of current IT trends, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues. May be required to have Clean Room Certification. Must be willing to work on call rotations and perform off hours support / maintenance on an as needed basis. Seeking an IT Systems Technician II The IT Systems Technician II, ensures reliable workstation performance and operational continuity by prioritizing and resolving technical issues within established service levels. They would manage workstation hardware needs through regular evaluation and recommendations, maintain accurate asset inventories with timely updates and cycle counts, and uphold consistent workstation availability through proactive inventory control and ordering practices.
