## About the Role

* 2+ years of desktop support or service desk experience.
 * Strong experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
 * Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
 * Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, printers, monitors, docking stations, and mobile devices.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work independently.
 * Experience using an ITSM/ticketing platform

## Description

Hospital system is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at its Anaheim office during a six-week leave coverage assignment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical issues, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment.

This role is primarily focused on phone-based end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues. While some workstation setup may be required, desktop imaging responsibilities will be minimal.

Key Responsibilities

 * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for end users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11 operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, peripherals, and standard desktop hardware.
 * Support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.
 * Diagnose and resolve workstation, connectivity, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.
 * Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary.
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions within the organization's ticketing system.
 * Assist with workstation deployments, equipment swaps, and basic hardware installations as needed.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
