## About the Role

+ 3+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience in Financial Services or Brokerage, with strong customer service and communication skills.
 + Hands-on Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals, software, IP/networking, LAN/WAN and security troubleshooting.
 + Experience with hardware installation, configuration, imaging/re-imaging, upgrades, replacements, deployment, decommissioning and asset/inventory management.
 + Strong knowledge of ticket management systems, ITIL service support, SLA/OLA, incident/request management, and client processes/procedures.
 + Support new-hire/offboarding equipment, business moves, training rooms/events, WFH hardware, IT-room housekeeping, and occasional after-hours/weekend activities.
 + Must work onsite in Westchester/NY Metro, travel to local service locations, and be available for 7 AM-4 PM or 10 AM-7 PM shifts; A+, Network+, MCSA, CCENT/CCT certifications are a plus.
