* Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Conversion Testing

 * Strong experience writing and executing SQL and SOQL queries for data validation and reconciliation

 * Experience with ETL tools and data extraction, transformation, and loading processes

 * Proven expertise in end-to-end data conversion testing, including validation of legacy-to-target system migrations

 * Experience performing old system vs. new system data comparison, reconciliation, and defect analysis

 * ETL/data integration tools

 * Strong understanding of data mapping, data quality checks, and migration testing methodologies

 * Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and validation reports for data conversion projects
