Performs assigned tasks with a moderate level of technical complexity or organizational visibility and requires a moderate level of technical or analytical expertise. Executes planned data analyses. Develops and produces ad hoc and routine reports. Confers with users to determine problems, resolutions, and requirements. Conducts reviews and audits. Gathers facts for analysis.
