## About the Role

* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong understanding of desktop computers and operating systems.
 * Strong understanding of Microsoft based applications.
 * Preferred
 + Experience with data wiring and connectivity.
 + Experience with telephone systems.
 + Undergraduate College Degree.
 * Desired
 + College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program.

## Description

SEBTS is looking to hire a Support Technician to work in the Information Technology office on campus. This position is restricted to students, incoming students, and spouses of current students.

Pay Rate: $15.45 an hour

Support Technicians will:

 * Move computer hardware and equipment.
 * Install software applications.
 * Troubleshoot and repair hardware problems.
 * Provide basic front-end desktop computer, printer and copier support for end users.
 * Ensure timely and professional technical support is provided to the end user.
 * Assists the Operations Manager and the Director in other duties as assigned.
