## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of progressive IT support experience.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
 * Knowledge of desktop imaging, hardware deployment, and lifecycle management.
 * Working knowledge of networking, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
 * Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
 * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including phishing awareness, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and password management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, and technology systems across our senior living community while delivering exceptional customer service.

 * Respond to IT service requests and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications systems.
 * Set up technology for new employees, residents, meetings, and special events.
 * Manage user accounts, keycard access, and basic network infrastructure.
 * Provide technology training and support to staff and residents.
 * Assist with technology projects, inventory, and documentation.
