You will be a valued member of the Agile delivery team and work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In This Role, You Will: + Lead the day-to-day execution of Agile Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery objectives. + Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing clear communication and removing impediments to team success. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. + Monitor sprint progress, track delivery commitments, and provide regular updates to business stakeholders on sprint performance and delivery goals. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, team collaboration, and stakeholder satisfaction.
