Desirable: * Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, AZ-900 or AZ-700. * Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma Cloud, switches, routers and wireless networking. * Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Jira or Confluence. * Experience working within structured change management and CAB processes. ## Description At Ground Control, technology plays a critical role in how we operate, innovate and deliver exceptional service for our customers. We're looking for a hands-on infrastructure professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, improving systems and delivering robust IT services. You'll play a key role in maintaining our Windows, Azure and virtualisation environments while supporting strategic projects that help drive business growth and innovation.
