What you'll be doing
As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you'll lead our architecture function - setting strategic direction, guiding decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology solutions.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and the wider business to define enterprise architecture strategy, influence investment decisions, and ensure delivery aligns with long-term goals.
You'll act as both a strategic leader and hands-on influencer, enabling teams to design and deliver solutions that are scalable, resilient, and fit for the future.

Key responsibilities

 * Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
 * Lead and develop a team of architects, building capability, consistency, and impact across domains
 * Establish and govern architecture standards, policies, and best practices
