## About the Role

Proven experience in a similar role providing 3rd line technical support

 - Proficiency in Office suite, Entra, Azure, Intune, conditional access polices, Help desk software, Operating systems: Windows 11, Windows Servers, Router, Firewalls, meraki, cisco, vpns etc...

 - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals

 - Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols

 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users

## Description

We are currently seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues and quickly implementation of large projects., Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions

 - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

 - Install, configure, and maintain all computer systems and applications cloud or onsite

 - Collaborate with 1st or 2nd Line Support Engineers to escalate complex issues

 - Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system

 - Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

 - Assist in the maintenance of LAN infrastructure
