This is a permanent, full-time position working remotely, with the occasional attendance required on campus. You will lead the functional review of Ellucian Banner releases, upgrades, patches, and product developments, assessing their impact on University processes, reporting, integrations, data quality, compliance, and users. The successful candidate will support the ongoing development of the student system roadmap and will deputise where required in meetings, working groups, supplier discussions, and cross-University forums. They will represent the University in relevant Ellucian product and customer groups, bringing insight into ULaw to inform planning, continuous improvement, risk management, and the effective use of Banner across the student lifecycle.
