## Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operational Support Administrator to join our team. This role plays an important part in supporting our Legionella control operations by ensuring that administrative processes run efficiently and that compliance documentation is accurately managed.

Working closely with our technical and management teams, you will help coordinate essential information relating to water hygiene services, ensuring records, reports, and communications are maintained to a high standard.

This is a full-time office-based role with opportunities for training, development, and progression within the business., * Provide general office administration including filing, scanning, and document management

 * Support the administration of Legionella control and water hygiene compliance records
 * Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
 * Welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
 * Maintain office supplies and arrange orders when required
 * Assist with data entry and accurate record keeping using internal systems
 * Support operational teams with scheduling and coordination of works where required
 * Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
 * Assist with organising appointments and meetings
 * Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately
