· Are confident across the full stack, including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, SQL.

· Understand software architecture principles and can contribute to system design and technical decision-making.

· Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and are comfortable mentoring junior developers.

· Take ownership of your work, thrive in solving complex problems, and balance speed with code quality.

· Are detail-oriented, highly organised, and self-motivated - with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

· Strong AWS and cloud infrastructure experience.

Bonus Skills & Experience

· B2B SaaS development experience.

· Knowledge of the motor trade or car sales industry.
