* At least 2 years experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk role.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
 * Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Experience supporting SharePoint or Microsoft cloud technologies is advantageous.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and organisational abilities.
 * A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

## Description

* Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Support Microsoft SharePoint and document management systems.
 * Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
 * Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records.
 * Work closely with an external IT support partner to resolve more complex technical issues.
 * Support IT improvement projects and system rollouts.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
