As Platform Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing our software platforms. The role combines technical problem solving, platform configuration, testing and continuous improvement, with some customer engagement. You will work closely with software developers, first and second-line support colleagues and product stakeholders to ensure our systems continue to deliver for our NHS customers. The Platform Analyst will play a key role in translating business requirements into practical software solutions, supporting product development, testing, investigating complex issues and ensuring that platform enhancements are successfully delivered into live environments. The role will also involve supporting the delivery of software projects.
