AI capability * Confident, everyday use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Claude Code, Copilot or similar) with a clear sense of where they help and where they don't. * Good instincts for prompting, context, and reviewing AI output critically. * Interest in building as well as using: internal tooling, automations, scripts, and AI-assisted workflows that save the team time. * Willingness to help set standards for how we use AI, and to bring others up to speed. * Curiosity about where this is heading and a habit of testing new tools as they land.
