* Proven commercial experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments.

## Description

* Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring high levels of system availability and service delivery.
 * Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Hyper-V environments.
 * Lead infrastructure projects including server migrations, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
 * Monitor infrastructure performance, security and availability, implementing improvements where required.
