## About the Role

We're looking for an experienced leader who combines operational improvement expertise with strong analytical and technical capability. You'll ideally have, Proven experience leading Business Intelligence and/or Continuous Improvement teams.

 * Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL and the Microsoft Power Platform.
 * Experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence initiatives.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * The ability to translate business challenges into practical data-driven solutions.
 * Experience within logistics, supply chain or contract logistics (highly desirable).
 * A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching others.
 * Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe.

## Description

* Lead Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Business Intelligence (BI) activities across your vertical.
 * Deliver Lean/Six Sigma improvement projects that enhance operational performance and generate measurable savings.
 * Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards, reporting, automation and data visualisation solutions.
 * Coach and develop BI and Continuous Improvement team members.
 * Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering and regional stakeholders across Europe.
 * Champion data quality, governance and reporting standards.
 * Track project benefits, adoption and business outcomes.
 * Support the ongoing evolution of DP World's European analytics and digital transformation strategy.
