You'll work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, support integrations and deliver successful LIMS implementations. The role also includes supporting AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives within modern laboratory environments. What You'll Be Doing * Leading LIMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live. * Conducting workshops, business analysis and workflow assessments. * Configuring, testing and validating LIMS solutions. * Supporting integrations with laboratory instruments and third-party systems. * Delivering customer training, demonstrations and solution workshops. * Supporting software upgrades, enhancements and optimisation initiatives. * Contributing to AI, automation and digital transformation projects., * Opportunity to work with laboratories across healthcare, life sciences, public health and commercial sectors. * Opportunity to support innovative projects involving AI, automation and laboratory informatics. This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
