This includes our UK transmission networks, core IP networks supporting Broadband, Ethernet and Mobile services, as well as legacy services such as PSTN, Private Circuits and ISDN30. We also manage BT's internet peering, Europe's largest Wi Fi network, power and environmental systems across our exchanges, and the internal networks supporting BT staff and sites worldwide. Alongside this, our Cyber Security team handles a high volume of daily cyber threats, and our Network Cloud team is transforming our data centres to support evolving technologies. Our role is to identify and resolve issues before they impact customers wherever possible. When incidents do occur, we respond quickly, restoring service efficiently while keeping customers and stakeholders informed with clear and timely communications. For Ethernet, MEAS and private circuit customers, we also carry out specialist diagnostics and repairs. Most of the teamwork shifts in our operations centre at Adastral Park, delivering day-to-day service management. We collaborate closely with field engineers, customer-facing teams, other network service areas, and external suppliers. As technology evolves, Network Operations continues to grow and adapt to meet increasing demand.
