## About the Role

* Experience of Microsoft Office packages
 * Ability to work within a team structure
 * Experience in a helpdesk role
 * Good telephone manner & understanding of customer care
 * Experience of CAFM systems would be an advantage

## Description

Working from our in-house FM Software Package the candidate will be trained to log-calls / update the systems to keep our information live in a busy Helpdesk environment.

Day to day tasks.

 * Sending and receiving emails
 * Raising and closing jobs on our FM Package
 * Raising POs to Supply Chain
 * Updating notes on job progress in a live environment
 * Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients
 * Full training will be provided.
