* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Telekommunikationsanlagen
 * Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur in Verwaltung, Lager und Produktion
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard-, und Netzwerkstörungen
 * Support von PCs, Notebooks, mobilen Endgeräten
 * Unterstützung bei der Anbindung und Betreuung von Produktions-, Abfüll- und Lagertechnik
 * Durchführung von Updates, Systemerweiterungen und IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Fachabteilungen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und technischen Prozessen
