 * Tiefe Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse (SDLC), agiler Methoden, CI/CD, automatisierter Tests, Versionsverwaltung und professioneller Release-Prozesse. Darüber hinaus bringst Du praktische Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz KI-gestützter Entwicklungswerkzeuge wie GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin oder vergleichbarer Lösungen mit.
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, strategisches Denkvermögen, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Idealerweise verfügst Du zudem über erste Erfahrungen im deutschen Gesundheitswesen oder ein Verständnis für klinische Prozesse.
