 * \n IT-Support im 1st & 2nd Level: Du bearbeitest IT-Tickets, hilfst bei Störungen (remote & vor Ort) und unterstützt bei Installation und Pflege von PCs und Zubehör.\n \n
 * \n Kundensupport & VIP-Betreuung: Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden am Campus und übernimmst bei Bedarf den IT-Support für Führungskräfte.\n \n
 * \n Wissensvermittlung & Einarbeitung: Du hilfst bei der Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Werkstudent:innen und pflegst einfache Anleitungen und How-tos.\n \n
 * \n Systemadministration & Monitoring (Surveillance): Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung und Wartung unserer IT- und Monitoring-Systeme.\n \n
 * \n Infrastrukturprojekte am Campus Koblenz: Du wirkst bei operativen Aufgaben und kleineren Projekten in der Group IT mit (z. B. Infrastruktur- und Ausbauprojekte).\n \n
