## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium - z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Informatik oder Bauingenieurwesen - oder eine vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung mit klarem Bezug zu Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement oder IT-Projekten.

Das Know-how:

 * Erfahrung mit M365 (SharePoint, Teams) und idealerweise mit Low-Code-/No-Code-Plattformen wie der Microsoft Power Platform.
 * Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und in der Analyse digital gestützter Abläufe - BPMN-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
 * Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten; Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (z. B. Scrum) sind von Vorteil.
 * Erste Erfahrung in Datenanalyse und Reporting, idealerweise mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools., * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, klare Priorisierung und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.
 * Durchsetzungsfähigkeit gepaart mit echter Kommunikationsstärke - du weißt, wie du Menschen für Veränderungen gewinnst.
 * Affinität für neue Technologien und digitale Trends - du bist neugierig und bleibst es.
 * Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung, weil Stillstand keine Option ist.

Bonus:

 * Erfahrung im Bauumfeld oder die echte Bereitschaft, operative Abläufe in diesem Kontext schnell zu verstehen.
