 * Du hast Erfahrung mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden (agil und/oder klassisch) und bist sicher im Umgang mit JIRA und vergleichbaren Tools
 * Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und kombinierst dies mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Du hast eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, trittst sicher gegenüber Stakeholdern auf und bringst Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit

## Description

* Du nimmst fachliche und technische Anforderungen auf, analysierst, dokumentierst und validierst sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen
 * Du planst und führst Workshops, Interviews und Abstimmungstermine zur Erhebung und Konkretisierung von Anforderungen durch
 * Du bewertest Lösungsoptionen und unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Du stellst eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Anforderungsdokumentation sicher und übergibst diese strukturiert an Projekt- und Umsetzungsteams
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Du priorisierst und stimmst Anforderungen im Rahmen der Demandportfoliosteuerung ab
