* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Logistik, Naturwissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Geisteswissenschaften oder Pädagogik.

* Beratung und Schulung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden im hauseigenen Schulungszentrum.
 * Vorbereitung von Schulungen und den dafür notwendigen Systemeinstellungen.
 * Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden sowie bei Veranstaltungen.
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kurse und Schulungsmaterialien sowie Konzeption neuer zielgruppenspezifischer Kurse für Präsenztrainings, eLearnings und Web-Trainings.
