* Bachelor/Diplom/Master oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Praxiserfahrung

 * Souveränes Auftreten in Präsentationen und Workshops, auch auf Englisch
 * Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Beratermentalität: Du möchtest die Anforderungen deiner Kunden verstehen und nachhaltige Lösungen entwickeln und nicht nur Technologien präsentieren

Nice to have:

 * Erfahrung mit der Integration von SAP-Systemen
 * Kenntnisse der Medallion-Architektur sowie der Kimball-Modellierung

## Description

* Du übersetzt Kundenbedürfnisse in konkrete Lösungsvorschläge (z. B. auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Plattformen)
 * Du analysierst fachliche und technische Anforderungen und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungskonzepte von der ersten Idee bis zum Angebot
 * Du erstellst technische Presales-Konzepte und Aufwandsschätzungen als Grundlage für Angebote und Ausschreibungen
 * Du moderierst Workshops, Discovery Sessions und Proof-of-Concepts und präsentierst Lösungen souverän auf Entscheider- und Fachebene
 * Du entwickelst unsere Angebotsstandards kontinuierlich weiter, beispielsweise Referenzlösungen, Kalkulationsmodelle und Presales-Best-Practices
 * Du beobachtest aktuelle Entwicklungen im Microsoft- und Databricks-Ökosystem und bringst neue Impulse in unsere Beratungsleistungen ein
