This role serves as a servant-leader, removing impediments, coaching team members in Agile principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement., * Facilitate Scrum Events: Plan and run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. * Remove Impediments: Identify, track, and resolve blockers that hinder team progress, coordinating with stakeholders and other teams as needed. * Coach & Mentor: Educate the development team, Product Owner, and organization on Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and accountability. * Maintain Scrum Artifacts: Ensure the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment are transparent, visible, and up-to-date. * Metrics & Reporting: Track velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and other performance indicators; present insights to stakeholders. * Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive process enhancements. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items and clarify acceptance criteria. * Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and progress updates. * Agile Governance: Ensure compliance with organizational Agile policies and standards.
