PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. * Ability to operate motorized lift equipment to maneuver, install or remove 80-750 lb. batteries * Frequently pushing or pulling of cables up to 60 lbs. * Frequently climbing ladders up to 8 ft. * Frequently working/standing on ladders for long periods of time * Continuous standing * Frequently reaching above, below or at shoulder level * Frequently bending, twisting, or stooping * Frequently crouching or squatting * Be exposed to varying environments with moderate noise levels, nominal variations in heat and cold, * Strong customer service mindset * Prior field engineering experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Electrical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship * AC Electrical experience * Proficient in using computer-based management and administrative tools, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and Workfront. This role includes troubleshooting, overseeing critical work activities, and performing Site Supervisor duties to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and successful project execution.
