Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting large enterprise web and mobile applications (the Company supports over 8 million users). * Familiarity with PWAs and modern mobile delivery strategies. * Prior experience leading cross-discipline teams across front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers. ## Description As a Lead Software Engineer, you will guide the development of high-quality, user-facing web and mobile experiences while providing technical leadership across the full stack. You will partner with product, design, and backend teams to build scalable solutions and mentor engineers across disciplines. Your primary focus will be leading front-end and mobile architecture using React and React Native, while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and services. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership over design, architecture, and technical direction.
