## About the Role

* Must currently possess an active Secret clearance (with ability to possess TS).
 * Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of 6 to 8+ years with BS, 4 to 6+ years with MS, 2 to 4+ years with PHD.
 * Experience performing system engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, IV&V, Environmental Testing).
 * RF Domain experience.
 * Test equipment and Hardware integration experience
 * Experience being part of a multidisciplinary project team
 * Excellent communication skills, forward thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
 * Ability to prioritize and multi-task., * Working experience with SDRs and Radar applications.
 * Experience working on System Engineering tasks on a space platform.
 * Technical lead experience and IV&V (Integration, Verification & Validation) experience on space platforms.
 * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience.
 * Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
 * Experience with system analysis techniques such as link budget, latency, calibration, timing, and synchronization.
 * Familiarity or experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
 * Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as Magic Draw.
 * Experience with technical performance measures and cost account management.
