## Description

The State of Arizona is seeking a Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst to support a large-scale data migration initiative involving legacy Mainframe systems, SQL Server staging databases, and Salesforce Service Cloud. The selected candidate will validate end-to-end data migration, perform reconciliation, ensure data integrity, and verify source-to-target mappings while collaborating with ETL and Salesforce development teams., * Validate data throughout the migration pipeline (Mainframe SQL Server Salesforce).

 * Perform record count, hash total, and financial reconciliation across environments.
 * Review and validate Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documentation.
 * Develop complex SQL scripts to validate data transformation logic.
 * Validate Salesforce data using SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench.
 * Verify relational integrity, object relationships, and external IDs.
 * Identify, document, and resolve data migration defects.
 * Work closely with ETL and Salesforce development teams to resolve data issues.
 * Automate validation and reconciliation processes using Python or Power Query where applicable.
