 * Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to learn and support complex business applications and processes.
 * Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and resolve issues.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience using source control systems or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with web application development using JavaScript frameworks or UI libraries such as Webix, Sencha .
 * Experience with PHP or other server-side development technologies.
 * Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
 * Familiarity with IIS
 * Exposure to .NET development and related technologies.
 * Exposure to Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
 * Experience working in a services Engineering firm

Maintain, enhance, and support business applications and reporting solutions.

 * Develop and maintain web-based user interfaces using JavaScript and related technologies.
 * Assist with application development and enhancements across front-end, back-end, and database components.
 * Develop and modify SQL queries, reports, stored procedures, and data views.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
 * Develop and support integrations between internal applications and third-party systems using APIs and data services.
 * Troubleshoot application, database, data quality, and integration issues.
 * Provide user support and training related to application functionality and business processes.
 * Participate in testing, deployments, documentation, and change management activities.
 * Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational workflows.
