* Ability to understand HR business processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
 * Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, production support or implementation activities.
 * Exposure to one or more Oracle technologies such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, REST APIs, SOAP services or Oracle Integration Cloud.
 * Experience preparing functional or technical documentation.
 * Participation in testing, issue resolution, deployment or application-support activities.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with business users, project teams and technical stakeholders.
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
