 * Strong SQL and SOQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, comparison, and defect analysis, with solid knowledge of data mapping and quality checks.
 * Experience with ETL/data integration processes and creating/executing test cases, test scripts, and validation reports.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience with ETL tools supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading.
 * Experience troubleshooting complex data migration and integration defects.
