Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Customer Solutions Architect - **Company:** Sysdig, Inc. - **Location:** Spain - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Software as a Service, Cloud Computing, Linux, Scripting, Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, Devsecops - **Published:** August 5, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.jobleads.com/es/job/e749488bce2ca4aedf67db86df4087ae5 ## About the Role * 7+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company * Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations * Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; experience working with container based solutions * Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP * Experience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutions * Demonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive-level engagements * Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact for both engineers and executives * Experience managing issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills * Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a strong plus, * A strategic, consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders * One or more of CKAD / CKA / CKS certifications * Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms * Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable - comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments * Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with customers * Curiosity and comfort operating across both technical and business domains * Coachability and a team-oriented, collaborative, learning-driven attitude * Experience working with Sysdig and/or Falco is a plus ## Description * Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers - building trust from engineers to the C-suite * Collaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices * Drive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome Mapping * Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Develop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation * Lead and contribute to hands-on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platform * Support Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growth * Identify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignment * Be an advocate for customer requirements, partnering with Product and Engineering to align roadmap initiatives * Partner with Support and Professional Services to ensure high-quality solutions and efficient issue resolution * Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and internal enablement ## Related Videos - [Docker network without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1418-docker-network-without-docker) - [JavaScript?
