provide operational support and root-cause analysis * Produce clear technical documentation (design notes, runbooks, interface documentation, user/admin guides) * Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, system engineers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum delivery teams * Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices Embedded / Hardware-Adjacent Support (as required by program) * Support embedded software and hardware/software integration efforts for specialized platforms * Develop tools for performance testing and validation on SOC/FPGA-adjacent environments * Implement low-level interfaces/protocols such as SPI and I2C in C/C++ Work alongside hardware designers;
