Must be at least 21 years of age. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience * 5+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience building and supporting production web applications * Strong front-end development experience with React and TypeScript, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development * Strong back-end development experience with C# and .NET building secure, scalable REST APIs and service integrations * Proficiency with relational databases and data access patterns, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks * Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows using GitHub * Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to support developer productivity, code generation, and technical workflows * Demonstrated understanding of AI-assisted development and review best practices, including validating AI-generated output, applying secure coding standards, and maintaining human accountability for code quality and correctness * Hands-on experience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery * Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building maintainable, high-performance applications * Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating effectively with product, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues PREFERRED SKILLS * Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) * Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless compute * Interest in Data Engineering work, familiarity with Python is a plus, Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
