As an IT professional, you'll have the technical know-how that keeps our IT systems running smoothly. This role will be based in our Motherwell Regional Distribution. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will support the onsite Warehouse teams, such as Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain. Every day will bring a fresh challenge, putting your analytical mind to the test. Your commitment, energy and passion for outstanding service will play a vital role in keeping our IT systems working seamlessly. Please be aware that this role will also operate an out of hours rota which will be remunerated on top of the basic salary. We have moved to a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week for appropriate Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.
