Desirable experience includes: * Knowledge of One Advanced Partner for Windows (P4W). * Experience with AI, Machine Learning and Python. * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies. * Experience implementing automation solutions to improve legal processes and case management. ## Description You will play a key role in developing, maintaining and enhancing the firm's legal business systems. This position would suit someone with experience developing legal case management systems who enjoys combining technical expertise with problem solving and stakeholder collaboration. This role is based in the office 4 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week. The Role Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will play a key role in the ongoing development, maintenance and support of the firm's practice and time management systems. Working closely with the wider IT team and stakeholders across the business, you will help optimise business systems, improve workflows and deliver effective technical support to colleagues.
