Experience of the following would be desirable, but not essential: * Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Autopilot * PowerShell scripting or automation. * Supporting server infrastructure. * Software deployment and application packaging. * Working within a professional services environment. * Supporting Autodesk or other design-focused applications. ## Description As an Endpoint and Infrastructure Engineer within the C&W IT team, you will play a key role in supporting, developing and improving our endpoint and infrastructure environment across the practice. Based in our Birmingham Studio, this is an opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative and forward-thinking team, taking ownership of core technology services that help our people work securely, efficiently and effectively. This varied role combines hands-on technical support, modern device management, infrastructure operations and continuous improvement. You will help maintain secure and reliable systems, support Microsoft-based technologies, manage device and application lifecycles, and contribute to projects that strengthen the resilience and performance of our IT services. The key role responsibilities are: * Taking ownership of the endpoint and infrastructure estate, including laptops, workstations, servers, mobile devices and core supporting services. * Maintaining secure, compliant and reliable systems through device management, patching, vulnerability remediation and security baselines. * Developing and supporting modern device management using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot and Microsoft 365 technologies. * Packaging, deploying and maintaining business-critical applications, supporting dependable software updates and lifecycle management. * Contributing to infrastructure operations, service resilience and continuous improvement across a modern Microsoft-based environment.
