We have a fantastic opportunity to join our UK Team within our Frozen Division working within our Techncial Team at our site in Boston, Lincolnshire As Technical Systems Adminsitrator you report to the on site Quality Manager Key Responsibilities will include; * Support the Quality manager in completion and reporting of KPI's including trending of microbiological results, customer complaints, ATP trends etc. * Complaints - logging of customer complaints onto the business customer complaint portal, carrying out investigations into complaints and responding to customers as required. * Issuing supplier non-conformances as and when required. Management of Bizzmine (customer complaint portal) for B2B non-conformances received to the UK, issuing NCs and replying to the customer(s). * Ensure customer interface internally and externally are managed professionally and in a timely manner.
