## About the Role

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Softwareentwicklungs- oder DevOps-Umfeld.

Fundierte Erfahrung in der Begleitung agiler Transformationen sowie organisatorischer Veränderungsprozesse.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe.

Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops, Trainings und agilen Zeremonien.

Idealerweise relevante Zertifizierungen im Bereich Scrum, SAFe, Agile Coaching oder Change Management.

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau).
