* Überwachung und Analyse von Sicherheitsmeldungen im Security Operations Center (SOC)
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Security Incidents und Security Alerts
 * Durchführung von First- und Second-Level Security Monitoring
 * Unterstützung bei Incident Response und Eskalationsprozessen
 * Betreuung und Überwachung von Microsoft Intune, Sophos Endpoint Security und weiteren Security-Lösungen
 * Durchführung und Nachverfolgung des Schwachstellenmanagements
 * Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Patchmanagement-Maßnahmen
 * Betrieb und Überwachung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Reports und Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Security Services
