## About the Role

* A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
 * Experience in software development, ideally in backend development
 * Experience with Python or a comparable programming language
 * Knowledge of API design and system integration
 * Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, and Git
 * Analytical thinking
 * Interest in modern AI technologies and process automation
 * Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
 * Very good German skills and good English skills
 * Willingness to travel

Ideally, you already have practical experience with

 * Large Language Models (LLMs), such as Claude, OpenAI, GPT, or Gemini
 * AI agents and agent frameworks
 * Workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Make, or Power Automate)
 * Kubernetes or CI/CD
 * Databases, as well as data modeling and the development of high-performance data pipelines
