 * Strukturierte Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen

 * Problemlösungsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken
 * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter (Remote & vor Ort)
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen (Hard- & Software)
 * Betreuung und Administration von Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive etc.)
 * Verwaltung und Pflege von SharePoint-Umgebungen
 * Unterstützung und Monitoring von Cloud-Infrastrukturen
 * Betreuung der Telefonanlage (3CX) inkl. Userverwaltung und Fehleranalyse
 * Einrichtung und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen (Clients, Laptops, Peripherie)
